You must download your product within 7 days as the link will then expire. If you do not purchase a protection option and need a download re-issued there will be a $7.50 charge for re-issuing another download link.

While we would love to be all things to all flight simmers, we cannot provide technical support for these titles. Each product as a support link or support contact information for the title. This is usually the product developer or development company. Please contact them for any technical support issues.
CD-ROM BACKUP AND DOWNLOAD PROTECTION SERVICE
When you order a product you have the choice of protecting your purchase
with either of the following options:
1. Download Protection: When you select this option your
download link and serial number is protected for 3 years and we will reissue
them electronically upon request free of charge. This option costs just $2.95 at
will protect you in the circumstance that you have lost your download link
and/or serial number. if you do not select this option there is a $7.50 charge
for having to reissue your download link and/or serial number.
2. CD or DVD BACKUP: When you select this option we will physically
make a CD backup (or DVD if the file size is too large for a CD-ROM) and mail it
to you. If you order more than 1 item we will master a unique CD backup for each
item. This additional service is priced at $4.95 for a CD and $6.95 for a DVD.
This price covers cost of the disk, mastering time, disk envelopes and mailing
costs. Requesting a CD-ROM after you place your order will cost $10.
We thoroughly recommend that you purchase either of the two options if you do
not intend to make your own backup of your download. You can keep the price of
your downloads lower by taking 10 minutes to make a backup of your download
yourself and noting any serial numbers and putting them in a safe place in the
event of a hard drive failure and/or loss of data. Please note that we strictly
adhere to our charges for having to reissue download links or make CD's after
you place your order.
