Please note that our download store only offers download versions of certain flight simulator products. If you wish to order physical boxed CD or DVD versions, please visit our regular store at http://www.pcaviator.com.

Ordering from our download store is easy and product delivery is pretty much instantaneous.

Firstly:
You need to create an account to log in and order products but you do not need to if you are just browsing. When you create your account please be certain that your e-mail address is correct, current and accurate since this is the address at which you will receive order confirmation and your download links.

To order products simply add them to you cart and complete the checkout process. We accept payment using all major credit cards and Paypal.

When you have checked out and your payment has been successfully received, you will be immediately e-mailed with a download link to download your product.

You will have 7 days in which to perform your download.

If your product requires an unlock license key, this too will be supplied in a separate e-mail.

It’s that simple.

We strongly suggest that when you download your product that you immediately make a backup of your download onto a CD-ROM in case you need to reinstall in the future.

CD-ROM BACKUP AND DOWNLOAD PROTECTION SERVICE

When you order a product you have the choice of protecting your purchase
with either of the following options:

1. Download Protection: When you select this option your
download link and serial number is protected for 3 years and we will reissue
them electronically upon request free of charge. This option costs just $2.95 at
will protect you in the circumstance that you have lost your download link
and/or serial number. if you do not select this option there is a $7.50 charge
for having to reissue your download link and/or serial number.

2. CD or DVD BACKUP: When you select this option we will physically
make a CD backup (or DVD if the file size is too large for a CD-ROM) and mail it
to you. If you order more than 1 item we will master a unique CD backup for each
item. This additional service is priced at $4.95 for a CD and $6.95 for a DVD.
This price covers cost of the disk, mastering time, disk envelopes and mailing
costs. Requesting a CD-ROM after you place your order will cost $10.

We thoroughly recommend that you purchase either of the two options if you do
not intend to make your own backup of your download. You can keep the price of
your downloads lower by taking 10 minutes to make a backup of your download
yourself and noting any serial numbers and putting them in a safe place in the
event of a hard drive failure and/or loss of data. Please note that we strictly
adhere to our charges for having to reissue download links or make CD's after
you place your order.
