Turbine Sound Studios proudly presents this first HD version of the PW4000 soundpackage for the Airbus A330. We had to record sounds from various Airbus 330 aircrafts in different countries, to create this soundpackage. All enginesounds are recorded in TSS HD audioquality for maximum clarity and detail, then compiled to meet the FSX sound specification.

The Airbus A330 is a wide-body twin-engine jet airliner made by Airbus, a division of EADS. Versions of the A330 have a range of 7,400 to 13,430 kilometres (4,000 to 7,250 nmi) and can accommodate up to 335 passengers in a two-class layout or carry 70 tonnes (150,000 lb) of cargo.

The Pratt & Whitney PW4000 is a family of high-bypass turbofan aircraft engines with certified thrust ranging from 52,000 to 99,040 lbf (230 to 441 kN). Built as the successor to the JT9D series engines, it has found much wider application than its predecessor.
