Airfield Inspector - Chile
A powerful magnitude 8.3 earthquake hit off Chile's northern coast Wednesday night, causing buildings to sway in Santiago and bringing flooding from small tsunami waves in some shore towns. Operations were suspended at all copper mines as well as all Airports and Airfields, specially in earthquake sensitive areas. Late Wednesday, authorities lifted the tsunami warning for Chile's far southern regions. The warnings remained in effect everywhere else. VERIFY AND CHECK...is the priority of the Civil Aeronautical Authority Inspectors and Dr. Laura Mechellvini chief of the "Tremor" Division will lead the flights to many far away fields that have reported situations arising from the earthquake...YOU will be her pilot as she expects the best of the best. Maybe after the flights you can take her out for a good barbeque dinner. The Kit:
