Bear Studios CJ-6 Trainer add-on for FSX, P3D or experimental on MSFS 2020 provides real aircraft documentation based simulation, for this great simple war bird-like airplane.

The Chinese ChuJiao-6 aircraft was designed in 1957. It is a nose-wheeled, two-cockpit basic trainer aircraft.

The aircraft is equipped with a radial, nine-cylinder, air-cooled piston engine (HS-6 or HS-6A) and two-blade propeller, radio communications, navigation and other equipment. It able to operate in simple and complex weather conditions during both day and night flight.

ChuJiao-6 has many varieties and sub-types for this aircraft.  The CJ-6 is operated by military and general aviation organizations.  They have different avionics and cockpit panel layouts.  Some private aircraft owners install different types of engines and propellers to improve aircraft specifications.  This add-on software can not cover all modifications in history and incurrent operation. 

This CJ-6 add-on provides aircraft based on the 2003 batch, and includes 4 cockpit equipment layouts:

• China PLA Air Force classic layout during 1980`s and 1990`s, with CT-1 radio communication and WL-5 radio compass navigation system.
• China  PLA  Air  Force  upgrade  layout  on  2003  production  batch,  with  modernized  TRK-123  radio communication and WL-5B digital automatic direction finder (ADF) navigation system.  This layout also has a transponder and audio control panel to meet requirements for air traffic control and tactical flight training changes.
• General Aviation Flight School or Club layout with Becker Avionics Radio Commutation ADF navigation and Transponder equipment for replacement of out-dated classical systems.
• Private Owner Aircraft with Bendix/King Golden Crow avionics series Radio, ADF and Transponder equipments.

All layouts have panel mounted Garmin GPS 295 equipment for regional flight navigation operations
