Since the core of our business is shipping flight sim software and hardware to customers all around the world, our shipping system has been setup to ensure the fastest dispatch possible and the lowest shipping costs to get your software to you within your desired delivery time.
We use a combination of United States Post Office (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) in order to give you a wide array of price/transit time options.
Generally the most economical shipping option to choose is "PC Aviator Chooses" option. When you select this option, we choose the shipping method that will get you the product in approximately the quoted time for any shipments up to 10 pounds.
For the PC Aviator Chooses (3 to 8 day) method the shipping charges are $2.95 for the first item and 50 cents for each additional item.
For the PC Aviator Chooses (1 to 3 day) method, the shipping charges are $4.95 for the first item and 50 cents for each additional item.
UPS Ground
UPS Ground shipments are given special consideration that takes into account the UPS delivery guarantee for UPS Ground. Our shipping system takes your location into consideration and gives you the transit time for UPS Ground in the shipping options. If you are in a 1 day delivery zone for UPS Ground, our system will not present UPS 2nd Day Air as an option. Firstly because it will still arrive the next day and secondly because of the price premium for 2nd Day Air. Therefore our system will only quote UPS Ground. It will quote UPS Next Day Air since delivery time for Next Day Air is before 10:30 am. Ground can be delivered anytime up to 6 or 7 pm.
International Shipments
We ship worldwide. Our international customers have multiple shipping options to suit their needs. The most economical method is First Class Airmail (up to 4 pounds). Please note that Priority Air Mail and First Class Air Mail do not have tracking. Express Mail (EMS) and UPS Worldwide Express do.
Please note that for interntional orders your country's local customs may levy a customs charge. This is beyond our control and is due to policy in your local country.
