Our shopping cart supports mail order, fax order or telephone orders, as well as online orders. These options are presented to you upon checkout before you enter any credit card information. If you're not comfortable using credit cards online then can, for a small additional fee, ship your product COD (available to orders within the US only).

• By Telephone. This will give you the fastest service as our telephone operators will enter your order right into the system, on-the-spot, for immediate dispatch of your order. Creating an account
While it is not essential to being able to order, we suggest that you ensure that you create an account. Doing so gives you 24/7/365 access to your orders and redownloads if needed. If you order without creating an account or logging into your account you will not have 24/7 access to your order information so in that even please keep your e-mails with download links.

Using the shopping cart
As you find the product you wish to purchase simply click on the order button to add it to your cart. To order a CD/DVD backup, just select it from the pulldown menu next to download options. Keep adding titles until you are ready to checkout. Don't forget any coupons which you can enter at checkout. Don't be apprehensive using the shopping cart as your order is not sent to us until you complete the check out process. When you do check out, you can select from any of the variety of options you may wish to use to send your order.

Order by Credit Card Online.
This option enables you to enter a credit card and submit your order online.

Order by Credit Card Online. (separate billing and shipping addresses)
Use this method if you are shipping to a different address to a chipping address. Use this option for gift orders.

Order by Credit Card using FAX.

Order by Check/Money Order through Postal Mail.

If you enter an e-mail address, the shopping cart will send you an e-mail informing you that your order has been successfully sent to us. Along with your e-mail, you will receive an order number which you can use as a reference when requesting a status on your order.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all hardware items that you purchase from PC Aviator. Try any joystick, yoke or pedals at home for 30 days and if you are not totally satisfied, you can return them for a full, no questions asked, refund of the purchase price. Please refer to our Returns Procedure below for guidelines on returning products.

Software Items
Due to piracy issues, we cannot accept the return of, nor provide a refund on any returned software packages that have been opened. In the event of a defective software product, we can exchange a software product with a copy of the same title but we cannot refund or replace the software with an alternative title.

If you ordered a product in error and realized the error after it was dispatched to you, then simply refuse the delivery when it arrives. If you accept it and open the shipping box, you will have to pay return postage on the item. If you refuse it, the post office will simply send it back to us without any charges to either you or us.

If you decide after you open the shipping box that you do not want the product, then please follow the return procedure below for returning the item. Please note that if you open the software box, or break the seal on the CD-ROM inside (if present) then we will not be able to accept the return of software.

For downloads, we will give refunds in very special compelling circumstances but we always require permission from the developer in order to issue you a refund. If they approve then we can refund. if they don't we will not be able to issue a refund.


 Returns Procedure for shipped items.

So you keep coming back to PC Aviator for your flight sim needs, we try to make returning products as hassle free as buying them in the first place (please see section below about returns of download products which are generally not permitted).

1) Call us on 1-843-716-1616 to obtain an Return Authorization Number (RA#).
2) We will issue you with an RA# which you should write clearly on the outside of the box.
3) Ensure that the product is properly packaged in a protective box. (The Post Office will provide this free of charge if you return the goods to us via Priority Mail).
4) Return the Product To:

5) Note: For returned hardware items or unopened software products, the product must arrive back to us in perfect resellable condition in order for you to receive a 100% refund. If the product packaging is damaged then we reserve the right to apply a 10% restocking fee on that item. Also: If you are returning your order by USPS mail, then we suggest that you use Delivery Confirmation for tracking and delivery confirmation. This protects you in the event of a lost parcel. For UPS shipments, tracking is a standard service and no additional service is necessary.

6) As soon as we receive your return, we will apply the refund as a credit to your credit card or, if you paid by check or money order, provide your refund by check. Of course if you wish, we can apply the refund amount as a credit which you can use towards a subsequent order.

7) Note that refunds on returns will not include a refund for shipping unless the product was shipped to you in error. We trust that our returns procedure is hassle free and meets your needs.

Download Store Returns and Refunds
We are obligated to uphold the copyrights of the download vendors whose products we sell. The policy for download products is strictly no refunds. In some rare circumstances refunds are issued but it is not at our discretion but at the discretion of the download vendor. If you want a refund for a download store product you are required to contact the vendor and request permission for a refund. We will then provide a refund when the vendor has contacted us with permission to refund you. We trust that you are understanding of this policy.

Website Errors
There are rare instances when our website store and the hardware and software running it may be subject to technical errors and/or operating bugs that occur before we have a chance to realize that such errors are occuring. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that have incorrect pricing, multiple copies or any such matter that deviates extrememly from from the normal selling price or quantity.


 Tech Support

We do offer a basic level of tech support for any title you purchase from PC Aviator. We are familiar with common problems that people may experience with certain products and can at least guide you in the right direction to where to go for more extensive help. The best source for detailed technical support is software publisher's websites where most do offer a support page or a support e-mail address. Coming soon to our site will be a ready link to all publishers websites for products we carry.

If ever there is any issue with your order or software, please ensure that you contact us for assistance and we will assist you. If ever we fall short of your expectations, please let us know so we can fix our systems. It's not fair on us if you stop doing busienss with us and we were not even aware of there being an issue. So please do ensure that you give us every opportunity to solve you issue. In an ideal world 100% of transactions should occur without any issues but sometimes an issue does arise. We don't like that and we always want and need to fix it. So please ensure that you come to us for assistance. When you send us an e-mail or contact request you will always receive an autoresponder message from us. If you do not, it means we did not get the email from you.
